• National Theater of Cuba, Covarrubias Room , 11:00am/ Opening Gala/ Symphony Orchestra led by Enrique Perez Mesa  and the participation of Ecuadorian violinists Eva Steinsleger and Jorge Saade. Special guests: Frank Fernández and Aldo López Gavilán, pianists and violinists Evelio Tieles, Alfredo Muñoz, Ariel Sarduy, Rafael Lay, Lázaro Dagoberto González, Enrique Álvarez, Pedro Fajardo, Irving Frontela, among other important figures. Artistic direction: Efraín Sabás.

• National Theater of Cuba, Avellaneda room, 8:30pm/ Violin concert with more than a hundred Cuban violinists and the presentation and musical direction of Manolito Simonet.

Monday May 20th.

• Center for Research and Development of Cuban Music, 9:00am/ Inauguration of Cubadisco International Symposium to be held on May 24th. Workshops on the cultural industry will take place on May 20th and 21 th at 2:30pm to 4:30pm, organized by EGREM and BisMusic and on May 22nd organized by Abdala productions and the British Council

Tuesday, May 21st.

• National Theater of Cuba, Covarrubias room, 8:30pm/ Schools of Art gala, awarding graduated in violin contest. Award ceremony and other recognitions to important Cuban figures in Education.

Wednesday May 22nd.

• Art Superior Institute, 3:00pm/ Presentation of Symphonic Orchestra of University of Arts led by Jose A Mendez with the project Popularmente Sinfonico (CD Vol.4,Colibri Productions)

• National Theater of Cuba, Covarrubias room, 8:30pm/ Concert by Symphonic Orchestra of Matanzas led by Maria Elena Mendiola and Esther Gonzalez Tristá; soloist Alfredo Muñoz, violinist ; Children Symphony Orchestra from Amadeo Roldan conservatory  led by Daiana Garcia with soloists Ernan Lopez Nussa, pianist; Alejandro Acosta, guitarist and Laura Ortega, clarinetist. Sunday May26th.

• National Theater of Cuba, Avellaneda room, 11:00am/ Gala celebrating the 10th anniversary of Colibri Productions. National Symphonic Orchestra, executives from the invited provincial symphonic orchestras and other prestigious artists all led by Enrique Perez Mesa. Soloists: Omara Portuondo, Frank Fernandez, Barbara Llabes and Joaquein Clerch, Polito Ibañez, William Roblejo, Nachito Herrera and Clave y Guaguanco. Special participation Cuban chorus Entrevoces led by Digna Guerra. 
• Karl Marx Theater,5:00pm/ For kids: Rosa Campos , Lidys Lamoreaux and Coro Diminuto.
• National Theater of Cuba , Covarrubias room, 6:00 pm/ Concert by Jorge Reyes and guests. 
• Pabellón Cuba, 6:00pm/ Presentation of Ivette Cepeda  nominated to 2013 Cubadisco Award

General activities:

• There will be activities at Salon Rojo de la Tropical, La Pergola, spaces in Pabellon Cuba, all artistically directed by Marianela Duffalr; besides selling of cultural products
• It is scheduled a  cycle of Cuban anthological audiovisuals, and others newly created, all nominated and awarded in different editions of Cubadisco at 23 and 12 cinema
• This fair provides sale of CDs and other products associated to Cuban record labels, musical instruments and accessories, produced by the Factory of Musical Instruments and commercialized series by the Cuban Cultural Fund.
• It is also scheduled a children´s drawing contest dealing with the topic of the event coordinated with the Jose Marti Pioneers Organization, the Embassy of Ecuador and some representatives from UNICEF in Cuba.
• Prestigious artists of traditional popular music and foreign people invited to the event will present at Palacio de la Rumba, organized and produced by Ignacio Piñeiro enterprise and other cultural centers.
