Exhibiter

Participation will be made official by completing a Participation Contract, at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the Festival.

Stand and Fees non set up areas

Guest of Honour Country: $ 60.00 CUC / m2
Other countries: $ 80.00 CUC / m2

Included:
Space (minimum 9 m)2
Electrical consumption up to 500 W
Credentials, cleaning, protection for exhibits
Entry in the Official Catalogue, up to 10 lines
Participation in the main event activities.

Accreditations for rented space

From 9 m 2 up to 15 m 2, exhibiters have the right to 3 credentials.
From 16 m 2 to 20 m 2 exhibiters have the right to 4 credentials.
From 21 m 2 to 25 m 2 : exhibiters have the right to 5 credentials
For each additional participant at a stand, there is a fee of $ 30.00 CUC.

Professional Visitor

Salespersons, businessmen, impresarios, buyers, professionals, etc. who are interested in visiting the Festival must be accredited as Professional Visitors for a fee of $ 80.00 CUC and in the case of a professional visitor from the Guest of Honour Country, the fee is $ 60.00 CUC, and includes the right to visit the Festival, to be included in the Official Catalogue and to participate in official event activities.

Official Catalogue

The Festival shall publish an official catalogue including all the exhibiting companies, in alphabetical order, according to country and classified by products, based on information supplied by the exhibiters in their Participation Contract. Up to 10 lines in the Catalogue are free: for each additional line the fee is $ 5.00 CUC.
