Firms
wishing to participate in the Fair should fill out and return the
enclosed Participation
Contract form. Click here to download the participation contract.
In order to confirm space reservation, the applicant should pay 50%
of the rented space at the time of the application. The remaining
50% of the rented space and the services and furniture under contract
will be paid 20 days before the opening of the Fair.
In the Participation Request form the exhibitors should specify furniture
and services requested plus the stand
scheme for the assembling.
Exhibitors should fill out all the data requested in the form, including
a diagram of the stand. Otherwise, the Organizing Committee will not
be responsible for not meeting any of the requirements of the applicant.
All changes in the distribution of panels or any other elements concerning
the assembling of stands will be charged depending on their complexity
and the timing before the opening of the Fair.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes in the
allocation of spaces, if deemed necessary.
