PARTICIPATION AND SPACE REQUEST
Firms wishing to participate in the Fair should fill out and return
the enclosed Participation
Contract form. In order to confirm space reservation, the applicant
should pay 50% of the rented space at the time of the application.
The remaining 50% of the rented space and the services and furniture
under contract will be paid 20 days before the opening of the Fair.
Exhibitors should know all the General Regulations of the Fair
and fill out all the data requested in the form, including a diagram
of the stand. Otherwise, the Organizing Committee will not be responsible
for not meeting any of the requirements of the applicant. All changes
in the distribution of panels or any other elements concerning the
assembling of stands will be charged depending on their complexity
and the timing before the opening of the Fair.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes in the
allocation of spaces, if deemed necessary.
FURNITURE AND SERVICE REQUEST
In the Participation Contract Form, the Exhibitor will state the
furniture and services required as well as the stand assembling
design. Requests received once the assembly work has started will
have a 20% price surcharge.
ASSEMBLING
Assembling of stands will be made on the basis of the design or
diagram submitted by the Exhibitor and approved by the Organizing
Committee, otherwise no other claims will be accepted. The assembling
system used by Pabexpo is Octanorm with standard dimensions, so
any design implying changes in the length, height or width of these
elements will entail an extra charge depending on their complexity.
The Organizing Committee will decide the color of the carpet that
will be used in the Fair. If any exhibitor requires a specific color,
he will have to pay additionally for the quantity of square meters
of carpet the stand needs.
ASSEMBLING RIGHTS
Companies and/or individuals working on decoration and/or assembling
of stands shall previously pay the following rates:
Assembling and decoration of stands: US$ 10.00 per sq. m
Decoration of stands: US$ 5.00 per sq. m
Staff for assembling and decorating stands will pay US$ 60.00 for
registration.
WAIVERS OR REDUCTIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Waivers and/or reductions of space rented should be informed in
writing and will entail the following penalties:
From September 1st/2002 to April 25/2003: 50% of space rented
From April 26th/2003 on: 100% of space rented
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Through a bank transfer to account 000015, Palacio de Convenciones,
at Banco Financiero Internacional. In cash, with traveler's checks
or credit cards (International Visa, International Master Card,
Cabal, Banco Financiero Internacional) at PABEXPO's Finance Section.
REGISTRATION
Exhibitors: The number of credentials will depend on the rented
space. Each additional credential will cost US $40.00, before April
15 will cost US $30.00. This credential will give you right to participate
in every official activity during the days of the Fair including
the Symposium "The Industry of Music in the XXI Century"
Professional visitors: Businessmen, traders, entrepreneurs, buyers
and professionals, etc. interested in visiting the Fair will register
as professional visitors at a cost of US$ 150.00 which includes
the right to visit the Fair, to receive the Exhibitor's Catalogue
and to participate in the official activities, including the Symposium
"The Industry of Music in the XXI Century"
OFFICIAL CATALOGUE
A maximum of 10 lines will be included free of charge in the Exhibitor's
Catalogue.
For each additional line US$ 5.00 will be charged.
